On your call, one of our recovered coaches is going to go through your history and make sure that we can actually help you. Based on your diagnostic assessment, and because we've already helped thousands of people solve their roadblocks in recovery, we'll walk you through what a rough recovery timeline would look like for your situation, and also what realistic milestones to expect on the way. We'll show you the entire framework on that call.

Most programs hand you some kind of brain retraining exercise or some kind of external thing, and they say, good luck. There's no structure, there's no hands-on support or coaching. So you really have no idea if you're doing it right and no way to actually measure real results. That's exactly why you plateau. It's because it's a cookie cutter approach. Your situation is very unique and what worked for somebody else won't work exactly the same for you. We have a proven three pillar system: teaching you what's actually happening, recalibrating your nervous system, and then building threshold without crashing.
